End of July Wednesday WIPs

It continues to just be unbearably hot to do anything outside so sitting and crafting it is.

Charity Knitting: The charity hat gets worked on. Iti s always such a change when I work on this project. The yarn weight is much heavier (worsted) than naything else on my needles. The yarn is also rougher to knit with and does not glide through my fingers like a natural finer.

Socks: The socks did not get much love this week. I was busy with a few other projects.

Shawl: I have less than 200 stitches now i nthe shawl which is amazing because i cast on over 300.

Sweater:‍ ‍ The yoke is complete. I did a try on which did not go well. The pattern called for you to try on before you split for the sleeves. This led to confusion for me about where it should be sitting. I am hoping to split for sleeves this week and do another try on to see what issues I have to fix.

Crochet: The Jaime Blanket is over ½ completed. I will begin on my 4th of 6 skeins this week.

KAL: The Knitmas is moving right along. I am on section 5 which begins the sections of straight main color action. No more changing colors ever 2, 4 or 6 rows.
