Friday Feline - Sewing Edition

Our cat loves to be in my sewing studio with me. She has always loved to enter and lay on the floor while I sew away. She is not allowed in the room unless I am there for many reasons. Her “worst” habits is that she loves to eat tissue paper patterns. This is not such an issue now that I rarely use commercial tissue paper patterns, but many of my older patterns have kitty bite marks and scratches.

It used to be that she would just lay down in the middle of floor so I had to step around her (a very cat like behavior I believe), but lately she has found a new place to lay.

I have moved my foot pedal and have to be very careful about where I place my foot when sewing. The cat on the other hand is totally fine with the new arrangement:)
