I Made Jam

This summer when I was visiting Honduras I toured a local chocolate maker. I bought lots of chocolate including unsweetened powder. I knew exactly what I wanted the cocoa powder for!

I have a recipe for Chocolate Raspberry Jam. I know they say you cannot can chocolate but you can actually use cocoa powder in canned items. I finally found quite a deal on fresh raspberries so I made the jam happen.

This tastes as good as it looks! I prepared the labels in both English and Spanish. I will be sending some of this to the friends I made on the trip.
