Saturday Charity Box

I finally have enough charity knits ready for a full box to the Christmas at Sea Program of the Seaman’s Church Institute. This time I tried something a little different - I made sets.

I see on Ravelry other crafters doing this and thought it was a great idea. The first set was simply a hat and scarf.

For my next matching set I made a hat, scarf and a neck cowl.

The box ended up with 9 items. The website has gift tags you can download and print out. You do not have to send with tags, but I think it saves a volunteer having to add them later. They are all boxed and waiting for me to take a trip to the post office.
