Week 19 of YOP15

New month means new goals. I have been busy baking and preserving these past few weeks. Nuevo mes, nuevos objetivos. He estado ocupada horneando y haciendo conservas estas últimas semanas.

Knitting Plans/Goals (Planes/Objetivos de tejido)

November goals Metas de noviembre: work Old Vine project, finish a charity knit for the month, complete the Rock-It tee. Finish the One Love Mystery shawl and maybe a pair of socks.

Trabajar en el proyecto Old Vine, terminar un tejido solidario para este mes, completar la camiseta Rock-It. Terminar el chal One Love Mystery y quizás un par de calcetines.

Past week: I really enjoy the One Love Mystery shawl. The clues are manageable. I had to attend a meeting at church so I got over a solid hour of knitting on the Rock It tee.

La semana pasada: disfruté mucho del chal misterioso One Love. Las pistas son fáciles de seguir. Tuve que asistir a una reunión en la iglesia, así que aproveché para tejer durante más de una hora el jersey Rock It.

Sewing Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de costura

November goal Metas de noviembre: sew at least 3 items during the month and knock out a few Christmas gifts. Coser al menos 3 prendas durante el mes.

Past Week: The pleats did not defeat me on my dress. I managed to get a semi wearbable version. La semana pasada: Los pliegues de mi vestido no me vencieron. Logré conseguir una versión medianamente ponible.

Embroidery/Cross Stitch Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de Bordado/Punto de Cruz

November goal Metas de noviembre: Complete at least 4 hours of crosstitch during the month. Completa al menos 4 horas de punto de cruz durante el mes.

Past Week: I can semi see the progress toward meeting the two sides of the project. Semana pasada: Puedo ver un progreso parcial hacia el encuentro entre las dos partes del proyecto.

Crochet Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de crochet

November goals Metas de noveimbre: Complete the two handles needed and decide on whether it needs a zipper closure or not. Completa las dos asas necesarias y decide si necesita cierre de cremallera o no.

Past Week: The pattern calls for about 10 inches of length for each handle. I am thinking that is not enough. I have enough yarn to make them longer.

Semana pasada: El patrón indica unos 25 cm de largo para cada asa. Creo que no es suficiente. Tengo suficiente lana para hacerlas más largas.
