You Scream for Ice Cream

I had some bananas that were going to go the way of all bananas the other week. I decided to turn them into ice cream.

This turned into a me alone ice cream. It did have a banana flavor but I did not think it was overwhelming. My DD is lactose intolerant so she could not have any. My DH tried one bite and said no thanks.

I was suprised at just how well it turned out. I took one for the team and ate it over the course of a few weeks. Not a flavor I would repeat again, but interesting.
