Chicken Cordon Bleu
I tried a new to me recipe the other night for dinner. As usual there will be a rubbish photo attached. DH and I were so hungry we dug in as soon as it was done. A freezer version of a chicken cordon bleu flew across my pinterest page a few weeks ago. The recipe is a little scant on details. It was refreshing to not get pictures and a blow by blow description of how to make the dish.
I purchased a few slices of deli ham and baby swiss cheese on my last supermarket run. I already had chicken in the freezer. The cream of mushroom soup was easy to whip up thanks to the baggies of the ingredients I had in the freezer.
If you have been reading this blog for more than a few days you know that taking pictures is not in my wheelhouse of skills. Trust me it was delicious and easy to prepare. It also reheated quite nicely the next day for lunch.
