Reading for the Week

Goodreads is very happy that I no longer behind on my reading challenge. I have read/listened to 7 books so far this month. A few books were finished this week and they are all returned to the library. I just kept reading along in Great Circle and before I knew it the last page was in view. It was a very interesting book, but honestly I think it could have survived with the secondary character from current times. I also finished listening to The Book of Longings. What a great book. I was sorry to hear it end.

Kindle Ebooks

Prague Winter: A Personal Remembrance and War, 1937-1948 by Madeline Albright. I am now at 21% in this book. I did not get too far in this book due to other books I was finishing.

If We Were Villans by M.L. Rios. You are going to need to really like Shakespeare to even begin to enjoy this book. I am not sure exactly where this book is going. It is a relatively shorter book so I will finish but it will not be a personal favorite.

Car Audio

A Line To Kill by Anthony Horowitz. This is the third book in this series. I believe the same person has spoken all the audio books. He has a wonderful British voice. I adore this series. They are murder mysteries but really are character driven.

Ipod Audio

Destiny of the Republic: A Tale of Madness, Medicine, and the Murder of a President by Candice Millard. I am no further along in this book. Well, I have at least gotten to the shooting portion of the book. The doctors are now busy causing his death with their lack of belief in germ theory.
