Thank You Card
I was in my Cricut Access dashboard the other day uploading some new patterns and the cutest project popped up. One of my goals is to try to make some cards using my Cricut Maker. I needed a thank you card anyway so I was off to the races.
It only took 4 colors of cardstock and was very easy to cut. The only "error" I made was forgetting to place the pen in the machine. The original design had a saying that the machine would write on the inside of the card. Well, it turns out that you actually have to place the Cricut pen into the machine before beginning that step of the directions. Luckily I have excellent penmanship due to being a kindergarten teacher (all my letters are formed correctly and I begin each letter at the top and go down with my strokes). I was able after the fact to write my own message inside.
It turned out super cute. I still need to work on my gluing a little bit (or locating the correct glue for all the parts). It was well received. Pop up cards are so cute.
