A finished piece that is not mine (Una pieza terminada que no es mía)

My DD decided she wanted to try her hand at crosstitch. She knocked it our of the park on her first project. My MIL bought her a kit and she began stitching.

Mi hija decidió que quería probar suerte con el punto de cruz. Le salió genial en su primer proyecto. Mi suegra le compró un kit y empezó a bordar.

After just a short time she had a completed piece. I had to be careful when pressing it due to the beads used in the project.

I used a bit of thin cardboard I had in the craft room. I centered the piece and then began sewing it onto the cardboard backing.

We then purchased a frame for the piece. I think she did a wonderful job on her first piece.
