Beginning January Reads

I believe I will mostly be reading on my Kindle this year. I like being able to adjust the font (hello older eyes). It is also just easier for me to carry around. I did have one finish, Eddie Winston Is Looking For Love by Marianne Cronin. This was just a delightful quirky book.

Kindle

Financial Feminist: Overcome the Patriarchy’s Bullsh*t to Master Your Money and Build a Life You Love—A Personal Finance Handbook for Women, Mindful Spending, and Financial Literacy by Tori Dunlap. This is not like most financial books you will read. I have completed quite a few steps in the book prior to reading her suggestions, but she has lots of great advice. Written in a style that is not intimidating at all. If salty language bothers you this might not be a book for you.

Audio Book

The Impossible Thing by Belinda Bauer. This is classed as a mystery book. I have not quite figured out what crime I am supposed to be solving, but it is a very clever book. It does travel through different time periods and has a cast of characters. Do not attempt if switching settings and time periods bothers you in a book.
