End of September Reads

I had a finish this week: The Names by Florence Knapp. A very interesting and well written book. Some portions were very uncomfortable to read based on the subject matter. I returned The Dearly Beloved by Cara Wall. I just could not get into the book and kept having out books jump the line to get read before it. A sure sign it is not holding my attention.

Eddie Winston is Looking For Love: A Novel by Marianne Cronin. Still on the waiting list for this one.

Monday’s Not Coming by Tiffany Jackson. This story centers on a 8th grade girl who finds her best friend missing after a summer away. I find the writing quite good, she really captures a young girl on the cusp of becoming a teenager.

The Antique Hunter’s Guide: Death on the Red Sea by C.L. Miller. I read the first in this series in the summer of 2024. I gave it 4/5 stars and thought I would give hte author another try.
