I finished my October charity knitting project. It is another watch cap for the Seaman’s Church Institute Christmas at Sea program. I had some of the Red Heart Super Saver in the pool colorway to use up. I knew it would not be enough for a complete one color hat. I added a gold stripe and thought that might stretch the yarn enough.
Surprise, it was not. Luckily I seem to have lots of little bits and bobs of worsted weight laying around. It is not the most visually stunning hat ever, but it will keep a head warm.
This completed one will go into the box to be sent at a later time. Hopefully whoever receives it will enjoy wearing it.
