Future Gift Sewing

Yes I am still working on the quilt but I had to do something to break up the project.

I cut out all the hats and bands i needed for my student Chirstmas presents months ago. I have gradually been serging them together. i currently have 15 hats complete.

Only about another 10 to go to make sure i have more than enough come December.

I am getting so good at these that I really do not even clip them together before serging them anymore. Just about the time I will be able to sew them in my sleep the project will be complete. It will feel nice to have one Christmas present completed before the actual holiday.
