Molasses Cookies
I used sourdough discard to make molasses cookies the other week. They turned out to be absolutely delicious.
Besides being yummy they were great because you need to chill the dough and it could keep in the fridge for a few days before you made cookies. I made about a dozen to try them.
A day later I used up the remaining dough to make the remainder. There was no taste difference between the two batches. They were soft without being gooey. Even after a day they were still soft and chewy.
This is definetly a keeper recipe.
