Progress Picture (Imagen de progreso)

I was thinking I could post a picture of where the piece was last July and then a current picture. That is a great idea, if only I had remembered to take a picture of the entire piece in July 2024. Here is where it sits at the beginning of July 2025.

Estaba pensando en publicar una foto de dónde estaba la pieza en julio pasado y luego una foto actual. Es una gran idea, si tan solo me hubiera acordado de tomar una foto de toda la pieza en julio de 2024. Aquí está donde estaba a principios de julio de 2025.

This week I only used 4 colors. I used 2 for outlining and 2 for parts of the blue flowers. After looking at the photo I was a little annoyed with myself because I thought I had misjudged the middle of the cloth.

Esta semana solo usé 4 colores. Usé dos para el contorno y dos para partes de las flores azules. Después de ver la foto, me molesté un poco porque pensé que había calculado mal el centro de la tela.

Well, then I pulled out the front picture from the kit and I did not make a mistake. On the bottom of the piece I am supposed to stitch another piece with a name, cut it off and attach it to the completed piece. Now I remember the reason I did not start in the exact middle of the linen cloth. I really think I have made lots of progress on this piece over the past year. I might actually finish it in YOP15.

Bueno, entonces saqué la imagen frontal del kit y no me equivoqué. En la parte inferior de la pieza debo coser otra pieza con un nombre, cortarla y unirla a la pieza terminada. Ahora recuerdo por qué no empecé justo en el centro del lienzo. Creo que he avanzado mucho en esta pieza durante el último año. Quizás la termine para el YOP15.
