FO Friday

I believe I just broke my own knitting speed record. A sweater in 16 days! When I wrote I was obsessed with this project I really meant it. It was an easy knit with delightful results.

Just as a refresher, the pattern is the Beautiful Basic Tee DK by Melissa Kemmerer. I made a size 3 and used just under 300 grams of yarn. I would definitely knit another, I might even lengthen the sleeve. As soon as it came off the needles I blocked it and it blocked out very nicely.

The yarn I used was a DK weight from my friend and local dyer, Kaleidotoes in the Opalite colorway. It was an absolute delight to knit and feels so soft and squishy when on.
