Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

In my quest to use up sourdough discard I made cinnamon rolls the other week. I did add yeast to the sourdough/flour mixture to help achieve a good rise on the rolls.

The above picture was snapped just before the 2nd rise. For the middle I used a combo of brown sugar and cinnamon.

They turned out not only visually stunning but very tasty! As my mother would say, we are “living the life of Riley.”
