Week 23 of YOP 15

Knitting Plans/Goals (Planes/Objetivos de tejido)
December goals Metas de diciembre: work Old Vine project, finish a charity knit for the month, complete the Rock-It tee. Finish the One Love Mystery shawl and complete a pair of Advent socks.
Trabajar en el proyecto Old Vine, terminar un tejido benéfico del mes, completar la camiseta Rock-It. Terminar el chal misterioso One Love y completar un par de calcetines de Adviento.
Progress: The Advent socks have been cast on and I am already behind:(. I am almost at the crown decreases on the charity knit. I am only about 5 rows away from finishing the One Love shawl. The others were touched but no progress.
Avances: Ya he empezado a tejer los calcetines de Adviento, ¡y ya voy con retraso! :( Estoy casi terminando las disminuciones de la parte superior del gorro que estoy tejiendo para una obra benéfica. Solo me faltan unas 5 vueltas para terminar el chal One Love. Los demás proyectos los he tocado, pero no he avanzado nada.
Sewing Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de costura
December goal Metas de diciembre: This will be mostly Christmas gift sewing. I have 3 pairs of pjs to finish. I also need to make a few more fleece hats for my students. My DD snuck a sewing repair into the studio so that will be accomplished also.
Principalmente me dedicaré a coser regalos de Navidad. Tengo tres pijamas para terminar. También necesito hacer algunos gorros de polar más para mis alumnos. Mi hija coló a escondidas una prenda para reparar en el taller, así que también me encargaré de eso.
Progress: All the pjs have been cut out and one pair is almost complete. The brims for the fleece hats have been cut and just need to be attached to the hat base.
Avance: Todos los pijamas ya están cortados y uno de ellos está casi terminado. Los bordes de los gorros de forro polar ya están cortados y solo falta coserlos a la base del gorro.
Embroidery/Cross Stitch Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de Bordado/Punto de Cruz
December goal Metas de diciembre: Complete at least 4 hours of crosstitch during the month. Completa al menos 4 horas de punto de cruz durante el mes.
Progress: I just keep working every week on this project. It is amazing the progress I have made. This week marked the 25th anniversary of my mother’s passing. On some days it does seem like 25 years but in others I still have to catch myself when I think I can’t wait to tell Mom about this.
Progreso: Sigo trabajando en este proyecto semana tras semana. Es increíble el progreso que he logrado. Esta semana se cumplió el 25 aniversario del fallecimiento de mi madre. Algunos días parece que han pasado 25 años, pero otros días todavía me sorprendo pensando que no veo la hora de contarle esto a mamá.
Crochet Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de crochet
December goals Metas de diciembre: Complete the two handles needed and decide on whether it needs a zipper closure or not. Completa las dos asas necesarias y decide si necesita cierre de cremallera o no.
Progress: This is the same goal as November. Maybe this month I will actually accomplish it. Progreso: Este es el mismo objetivo que en noviembre. Quizás este mes por fin lo consiga.
