Week 31 of YOP15
I had to work a full week but Monday was a teacher in-service day. Honestly I would rather teach them sit in meetings all day. Time for a new month of goals.
Knitting Plans/Goals (Planes/Objetivos de tejido)
February goals Metas de febrero: finish Old Vine project, finish a charity knit for the month, finish the valentine socks I just cast on for my DD. Terminar el proyecto Old Vine, terminar el tejido benéfico del mes, terminar los calcetines de San Valentín que acabo de empezar para mi hija.
Progress: I have already begun working on the Old Vine. The hat (charity knit) has already had the brim finished. Now just need to knit about 5 more inches before decreases. The Valentine socks are so cute already.
Avances: Ya he empezado a trabajar en el proyecto Old Vine. El sombrero (tejido para una obra benéfica) ya tiene el ala terminada. Ahora solo me faltan tejer unos 5 centímetros más antes de empezar con las disminuciones. Los calcetines de San Valentín ya están quedando preciosos.Sewing Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de costura
February goal Metas de febrero: I need to pick the pattern of the month. Last month using a pants pattern turned out so well. Necesito elegir el patrón del mes. El mes pasado, usar un patrón para pantalones resultó muy bien.
Progress: I did complete my last pair of Winnie pants and posted about them on Monday. Avance: Terminé mi último par de pantalones Winnie y publiqué información sobre ellos el lunes.
Embroidery/Cross Stitch Plans/Goals Planes/Objetivos de Bordado/Punto de Cruz
February goal Metas de febrero: Complete at least 4 hours of crosstitch during the month. I do not anticipate meeting the two ends of this project this month but hope to get at least an inch or two closer.
Dedica al menos 4 horas al punto de cruz durante este mes. No creo que logre terminar el proyecto este mes, pero espero avanzar al menos un par de centímetros.Progress: The week was an 8 color work and I did make about 1/4 inch advance. Progreso: Esta semana trabajé con 8 colores y logré avanzar aproximadamente un cuarto de pulgada.

February goals Metas de febrero: Well I have finally finished the Garden Bee Bag. Now I need to find a new crochet project. Bueno, por fin he terminado el bolso con diseño de abeja para el jardín. Ahora necesito encontrar un nuevo proyecto de ganchillo.
Progress: The bag went right to the wire to finish in January. After completing the 2 strap handles I thought the bag as a whole was a little floppy so crocheted in the top zipper panels.
Progreso: El bolso se terminó justo a tiempo, en enero. Después de terminar las dos asas, me pareció que el bolso en general quedaba un poco flácido, así que tejí a ganchillo los paneles superiores donde va la cremallera.
