Letter Stitching

I could not wait to begin the letter stitching so I went ahead and started. I did finish a portion of the part under the hands with a little more outlining.

I used 5 colors for that portion. The lettering is done with a single strand of 2 different similar threads. It is hard to see but I begin with a lowercase cursive b. I do find it more exciting to work on the piece now that I am moving onto different stitches. The only cloud on the horizon is that I have a few French knots to complete. I do not like French knots and have never been very skilled at correctly forming them. We shall save that annoyance for anotehr day.
