Week 10/52 of YOP16

September has begun, let’s see what trouble I can get into this month.

Knitting Plans/Goals

September Goals: Complete at least 6/9 sections of the Knitmas in July KAL. Complete the pair of my 250th USA Anniversary socks. Finish the scarf I cast on last month for charity. Keep working on the shawl until it is under 50 stitches. Make a decision about my Father’s Day sweater (I need to knit a few more rounds to decide if it will visit frog pond again!).

Progress: The Knitmas shawl section 6 has 48 rows, I just finished row 13. The middle section of the charity scarf is moving right along. On the sock I just keep knitting round and round (I have a church meeting this week so that should see some love).

Sewing Plans/Goals

September Goals: It seems like my favorite pattern designers are all on a new release party. It seems like every week I rotate about which one I will immediately purchase. Let’s try for at least one new pattern this month, one dress and a pair of pants.

Progress:‍ ‍Case in point Ellie & Mac released a new top/dress pattern and I used up scraps of a Liverpool knit I had to complete a new top.

Embroidery/Cross StitchPlans/Goals

September Goals: Since the dresser scarf is rather large I think I will return to my hour a week plan. It worked very well for the crossstitch.

Progress: This week was more outlining and satin stitch.

Crochet Plans/Goals

September Goals: Finish adding in the 5th skein and begin on the 6th.

Progress: I have added skein 5 and just keep working the needle.
